The BAADER 1426 Cropper removes the crop and trachea from the neck area of the carcass. A specifically designed rotating cropping tool is guided into the bird cavity to then proceeds through neck opening. The cropping tool catches the crop and the trachea which exits the bird through the neck.
A cleaning brush removes anything attached before retracting back out of the bird cavity. The machine can be equipped with vacuum for a more efficient crop removal if required or necessary.
