BAADER 218 Eviscerator
The BAADER 1218 Eviscerator automatically removes the giblet and intestine pack from the bird cavity and transfers it onto a separate shackle line for further giblet harvesting. The removal of the giblet pack is performed by an evisceration tool combined with an innovative hook mechanism for catching and clamping between the proventriculus and the crop. The proprietary BAADER mechanism and precise tool motions prevent damages to the carcass and the giblet pack. The separated carcass and giblet pack is then automatically transported for parallel inspection and further independent carcass and giblet processing. A simple overhead selector is available and can be implemented for automatic unloading of condemned giblet packs with corresponding carcasses. Additionally, an optional performance monitor tracks birds in, packs out, and empty shackles. Learn more at https://www.baader.com/poultry/process/evisceration
