In this session we focus on force acceleration and deceleration with falls, jumps, and lands.

- Depth Drop to Rebound Jump
- 2 Up, 1 Down Jumps
- Jump Over Object
Jumping requires a focus on quality because acceleration and deceleration put a lot of load on your joints. Spend more time on the single leg variations as you scale up to build weak points before moving to bigger challenges. It's easy to get on the wrong side of leverage when acceleration gets involved.
