This 35 minute dance cardio workout is designed for women who need a efficient, effective, full-body, low impact workout. No dance experience needed. You don't need any equipment, just a wide space to move in. If you enjoy cardio barre, you'll love the feel of this workout. As a part of the Barre Above family, Balletone incorporates traditional barre moves, center floor, increasing your stability, flexibility, and core strength.
