Balletone and Barre Workout
Here is your cardio and strength training workout, combined in one! This full length, 50 minute workout, incorporates the low impact cardio fitness style, Balletone, as well as traditional barre exercises. The first half hour will be a Balletone dance workout to get your heart pumping! The last 20 minutes is packed with barre fitness including legs, arms, and core. Then we cool down with a few minutes of stretching. (Side Note: I’m a mom of four, so you’re bound to see at least one or more of my children make an appearance in my videos.) What is Balletone? It's a dance-inspired cardio workout that stems from ballet technique, barre, and general fitness combined. It works on stability, core strength, and is a great way to bring in cardiovascular exercise if you're looking for low impact mixed with strength training. You do not need a dance background to be successful with Balletone. This type of fitness is designed for everyBODY so that we all can feel graceful and FIT!
