Banded Breathing

Sitting tall or standing. Wrap a light band or towel around your ribcage at your bra line. With shoulders relaxed, inhale with your diaphragm, directing your breath into your ribs where the band is making contact. Exhale feel the ribs come back down. The goal here is not to pull the band tight and compress the ribs, but to provide some tactile feedback when you inhale.
