This easy and delicious pound cake is irresistible, moist, you can have a slice with coffee in the morning or just have as a dessert with some ice-cream and whip cream on top yum yum!
Ingredients calls for
1 lb. flour all purpose
1 lb. white sugar
8 eggs room temp
1 lb. room temp butter
1 tbsp. Vanilla
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 cup of water / 1/2 cup of milk
1/2 tsp. of nutmeg
1/2 tsp. all spice
1/4 tsp, salt
1peel lime skin
blend sugar an butter until sugar is all blended
add eggs one at a time
add spice and continue beating
add lime skin while beating eggs
Add baking powder to flour and add to batter along with milk and water
Mix well and add to grease floured pan and place in oven 350 for 45 mins
