If you're not familiar with the case, it helps to Google what its about especially what TURP means because it'll tell you which anatomic region we're going to. I'm not going to lie, cysto instruments can be tricky! But with routine, you will get it! Just lay it all out for the surgeon and watch him put it together. They know how to do it so learn from them by watching.
if you're new to it and never worked with this surgeon then just let him know. He will teach you and please, take notes!
