Batch processing multiple Bruker MRMS files in AutoVectis - DOM

In this video, I demontrate batch processing of multiple Bruker MRMS files from the original file all the way through batch phasing, recalibration and asignment, to a database containing the combined results from the entire batch. The aim of this is to demontrate how AutoVectis could automate and speed up your data processing - and how easy it it is to use in practice.
