This is how I make new time trials. There didn't seem to be any videos showing it this way, and I think it is easier than others I've seen. It is a bit clunky, but I've tried to show the whole thing, including getting an image into the process. I've not narrated it, so you just have to follow the steps, apologies that I click through quite fast (just play it slow if it is an issue).
