Welcome to Class 3 of the Becoming Weightless Series – Conscious Conditioning (CC360). In this session, we explore a new definition of fitness. Instead of focusing on punishment, restriction, or pushing the body to exhaustion, this practice invites you to reconnect with your body through self-love, breath, and mindful movement. True fitness is holistic. When the mind, body, and energetics work together, we build strength, clarity, and trust within ourselves.
