Here are some great ways to use your Bender Ball for an effective workout! You'll be shaking by the end of this 13 minute session - in a good way, of course! You'll want to have a yoga mat as well. If you don't have a ball, you can use a small throw pillow or a child's play ball (that has a little give to it). This workout is an intermediate/advanced level.
