Learn how to make the perfect cornmeal cake. When i tell you that this recipe is da boom take my word. This cake is sweet and delicious.
Ingredients
1 cup of cornmeal
1 cup of plain flour
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup of sugar
50g or 1/4 cup melted butter
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
Note; bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Baking temperature: 180 Degrees Celsius
