Cornbread Cake or Georgia Cornbread Cake is a delicious recipe anytime!
1 ½ c self rising flour (calls for sifted but I don’t sift mine)
1 c sugar
1 c brown sugar
4 eggs
1 t vanilla
1 c oil
2 c chopped pecans
Mix all ingredients with a spoon and pour into a greased 9 by 13 pan. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Note that the cake will fall. Cut into squares when cool.
