Welcome to Bioforge Educator Lab, a 7th grade life science learning hub built for rigorous, creative, place-based, NGSS-aligned science learning. This brief video overview introduces the foundation of the Bioforge project: a classroom design system where students do more than memorize vocabulary or complete disconnected activities. Instead, they investigate phenomena, build and revise models, use evidence, manage cognitive load, and learn science as a way of making sense of the living world. Bioforge is designed around a simple belief: Science should be concrete, coherent, beautiful, useful, and intellectually serious.
