Body Blitz 1 gives you 20 minutes of uncomplicated and effective strengthening exercises grouped together in supersets. Grab a set of dumbbells and a band if you have them, or use whatever equipment you have to hand. This workout is great on its own, and even better when you pair it with an abs blitz, HIIT, or Pilates workout. And for some a yoga session would be the perfect add-on, too...
