Hi guys, a short video today looking at a very simple but effective exercise, the bodyweight squat. These should be an integral part of your training, not just for strength and performance enhancement, but also to keep your mobility as great as possible. Look out for the flat back, the hips dropping well below the knee joint, the toes pointing slightly outwards, and the heels shoulder width apart.
