This was a fan favorite at my dad's store and pairs well with beer. He didn't make it often because of the cooking time involved and small profit margins
I used
2 pounds of Raw Peanuts
1" ginger root
2 Star anise
4-5 Hawaiian Chili Peppers
6-7 Cloves Garlic
10-12 Cups of Water
1/4 Cup Hawaiian or Medium grind Sea Salt
