The Brain Dance Aims to: Warm-Up Prepare Wake-Up Connect Integrate Retain Increase Expand ...the Brain's ability for Learning The Brain Dance is for ALL AGES, ALL ABILITIES and can be performed: Standing Seating Laying Down To Music/ Silence/ Chanting Short Sequences or Long Sequences (5 minutes - to 20 minute) This Video Includes: 1. A variety of ways you can perform each step In the Brain Dance - there is No RIGHT OR WRONG WAY of moving - it is different for each individual that partakes in it - as we all have Different Ways and Thinking/ Creative Patterns.
