Hello!! My name is Andrea Bakewell and I hope you join me in this creating this Bucket Hat to a Sun Hat journey. Coming from garment making & now bag making, I believe it is all in the details, the little details that take our work products to a whole new level. So while it is a hat, it is not just a hat. In this workshop I will coach you thru those details and guide you thru working with the curves with ease, to end up with beautiful circles and curves, no tucks or pleats and have a great fit. After making this first bucket hat I will coach you thru various pattern changes to convert your pattern to a seamless wide brim Sun Hat. How to add a pocket to hold your hotel room key, license & money while at the beach, lake or pool. Plus a few other hacks you can do.
