Cable Pull Throughs for Bigger/Rounder Glutes 🍑

If you suffer from not being able to feel your glutes fully shorten or how to lengthen your hamstrings, this is the exercise for you. Now I am not saying this is a mass building base exercise…..I view this as an activator or finishing movement. So for example, if you having a hard time feeling the glutes work on a glute bridge (and your form isn’t off) I would start with 3 sets of 20 pull throughs before moving onto the glute bridge. This way you are fully pumped and connected to the muscle, then go into the productive mass building exercise. Let’s say you want to finish with a HUGE glute pump, let’s roll a superset of 20-30 reps of abduction machine, then right over to the cable for another 15-20 reps. Rest 1 minute and repeat 2 more times……I bet you will be so pumped your leggings will be see through!!
