This is probably one of the best moves to learn early on; it's fairly easy and always impresses people in the gym.
The important things to remember are:
- Come down in the dip before you fall on to your elbows. It'll probably hurt if you drop from the top.
- Keep your arms close to your body or they'll just slip off the bar when you fall back
- Use your legs, at first, to get throw yourself forward.
