This video demonstrates Human–Robot Teaming (HRT) for construction using the CANbot robot during a floor tiling task. The robot assists the human worker by carrying and delivering heavy tiles, reducing physically demanding work such as lifting, bending, and transporting materials. This allows the worker to focus on the skilled task of precise tile placement, improving efficiency, safety, and quality. The CANbot robot combines intuitive human–robot interaction, speech communication, and advanced safety features to enable safe and natural collaboration on construction sites. The CANbot platform is modular and adaptable, allowing different robotic arms, tools, and mobile bases to be integrated for diverse construction environments and applications.
