Cancer is a bitch! 😷
I have had cancer in my family many times and lost my mother to it in 2004.
My dad battled 4 different cancers and miraculously survived it. 🍀
While there are no guarantees that training and healthy lifestyle will extend one's life it is possible that it supports the cancer treatment and at a minimum improve the quality of life.
Having said that, make sure to check in with your healthcare professional before taking up training to ensure that it supports what you are already doing.
