THE COCONUT DIP RECIPE (because I promised in the video)
This recipe was adapted from the always excellent PlaoCooking: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ObKr8aMooH4
In a pot, mix together
* ¼ tsp sugar
* ½ tbsp sugar
* ½ tbsp rice flour
* 80g coconut cream
* 80g water
and bring to a simmer over a medium flame. Swap the flame to medium low, and add
* 1 pandan leaf, optional
Simmer for ~5 minutes, or until thick to your liking.
