Recipe
2 1/2 cups elbow macaroni
1 teaspoon salt for boiling macaroni in
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 of a small onion
bell peppers,
2 gloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon goya all-purpose seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon mustard
A dash of black pepper
2 cups evaporated milk
3 cups of sharp cheddar cheese mixed in the macaroni (less or more if you prefer)
1 cup of sharp chedder cheese for top of macaroni pie
Bake in prehated oven at 350 degrees 30 to 45 minutes until golden brown on top or your desired color.
