Catching Up
After completing a big task or project, catch up with yourself with some deep breaths and relaxing movements on the floor. Give the residual stress to the floor by yielding the front body on the ground. Moving through to mid-level, turn over onto the back and integrate gentle movement patterns with upper and lower body. Return to a calm sense of being to appreciate your completion by the looming deadline.
