My basic step tutorials are designed for someone who is brand new to step aerobics and wants to learn the base moves as well as the terminology I use in all of my step workouts to become more comfortable doing step with me. The end goal of these step tutorials is to prepare the basic stepper with enough practice and experience to enjoy participating in my more intermediate and advanced step workouts. In today’s lesson, we’ll learn and practice alternating knees, alternating leg extensions, insoles corner to corner, hamstrings corner to corner, and outer thigh corner to corner.
