Here is my Basic Step Tutorial #3. If you’re just tuning in remember to watch Basic Step Tutorial # 1 and # 2 first. My basic step tutorials are designed for someone who is brand new to step aerobics and wants to learn the base moves as well as the terminology I use in all of my step workouts to become more comfortable doing step with me. The end goal of these step tutorials is to prepare the basic stepper with enough practice and experience to enjoy participating in my more intermediate and advanced step workouts.
In today’s lesson we’ll learn a Turn Step, A-Step, Side Step & we’ll also have a little refresher on the V-Step.
