These stretches that I'll be guiding you through might seem basic but I promise you if you can bring these into your weekly schedule they will relieve tension in your upper body that accumulated from working at a desk and sitting in a chair most of the day. This will be a quick 24 minute practice perfect for all levels! All you need is you and a chair.
