Young or old, male or female, staying fit can make all the difference in where we can fish, how long we can fish, and how well we can cast. This is a series of exercises I’ve been doing for over 20 years. The emphasis is on balance and muscle tone. These exercises work virtually every muscle in the body from the toes to the neck. The nice thing is they can be done anywhere and take only 45 minutes, two or three times a week. No need for an expensive gym membership. Prevent injuries, regain or maintain balance. And firm up those muscles.
