Cheese Ball

A great party food, cheese ball is easy to make and delicious! Cheese Ball Recipe: 3 8 oz packages of cream cheese 1 drained 20 oz can of crushed pineapple ½ cup finely chopped onion ½ cup finely chopped green bell pepper ½ t of seasoning salt (or to taste) 1 cup of chopped pecans plus ½ cup for top Mix all ingredients. When chilled, either roll into a ball and cover with the half cup of chopped pecans or put it in a serving bowl with the half cup of pecans sprinkled on top.
