In Today’s video, I am going to be showing you how I make my favorite Party Cheeseball. This can be served “naked” or rolled in chipped beef, cheese, nuts, or crushed cracker crumbs. It is delicious any way you serve it! Feel free to leave a comment below. I love to hear what you have to say!! 5 ounces dried beef, chopped 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 6 green onions, chopped 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce ½ teaspoon garlic powder In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, chipped beef (reserving about ¼ cup if using for coating), green onions, cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and salt. Mix together until incorporated. Roll into a ball and wrap in plastic. Chill for at least an hour or until firm. I usually make mine the day before. Unroll the cheese ball from the plastic wrap and roll in reserved chipped beef and green onions.
