Inclined smith machine - 4 x 8-12 (moderate heavy)
superset Inclined bench push up 12-15
Exerciase 2
Inclined DB press - 2 warm up set 12-20reps (light) 2 working set 8 - 12 (drop into half and double the reps ) push your limit !
exercise 3
flat bench fly - 2 warm up set 12-20reps --- 2 working set 8-12 (drop into half and double the reps)
exercise 4
declined iso machine press - 4 x 8 - 12 reps (progressive overload ) focus on squeezing
exercise 5
cable crossover 4 x 8 - 15 superset cable press 4 x failure (make a numbers in your head )
