Chipped beef and gravy
4 Tbsp butter...melted in a saucepan
4 Tbsp flour...blend into melted butter to make a "roux"
Add 2 cups of milk or amount to desired thickness...add dried beef and pour over toast, mashed potatoes or etc. Frozen peas are delicious added to this as well.
It's a stick to your ribs kind of meal !!
