Lemon 7up Cake
1 box Lemon cake mix
1 3.4 oz instant lemon pudding mix
4 large eggs
1 cup 7up soda
1/4 c vegetable oil
Mix altogether and place in greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
For the Lemon Glaze:
1 c powdered sugar
2 TBSP lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 TBSP 7up soda
Whisk until incorporated and drizzle over cooled cake.
Refreshing and delicious !!!
