Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is the chocolate chip cookie recipie that I make for treats and events. You can freeze the cookie balls to cook later if you want a quick treat or if you want to have something quick on hand for when the kids friends come over or taking dinner to a friend. Make them! I'm sure you and your kids will love them as much as my family does. Chocolate Chip Cookies Makes about 2½ dozen (30) 1/2 C. butter (1 stick), softened 3/4 C. brown sugar 3/4 C. sugar 1 t. Vanilla 2 eggs 1 t. baking soda dissolved in 1 t. water 2 1/4 C All Purpose flour 1/2 t. salt 1 1/2 C chocolate chips Preheat oven to 350 degrees Cream butter and sugar. Add in vanilla, eggs, and dissolved baking soda. Mix. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough onto a lined cookie sheet. Bake 9-11 minutes @ 350 degrees until cookies are golden brown on the outside and chewy on the inside. #chocolatechipcookies #cookierecipe #easyrecipes
