Chocolate Mint Bread
Let's make a sweet bread with the wonderful combination of chocolate and mint. ►Subscribe for more videos: https://www.youtube.com/cookinginnancishomekitchen?sub_confirmation=1 FOLLOW NANCI & ORDER FROM HER BAKERY ►FaceBook: https://facebook.com/NancisBakeShop ►Instagram: https://instagram.com/nancisbakeshoppe ►Tumblr: https://nancisbakeshoppe.tumblr.com ►Threads: https://www.threads.net/@nancisbakeshoppe #CINHK #CookingInNancisHomeKitchen #NancisBakeShoppe ▼CHOCOLATE MINT BREAD RECIPE▼ =============================== Ingredients: •1 stick unsalted butter •¾ cup sugar •½ tablespoon vanilla extract •1 cup sour cream •2 eggs •1 ¼ cup all purpose flour •½ cup cocoa powder •1 teaspoon baking soda •½ teaspoon salt •¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips •28 Andes Creme De Menthe Thins Directions: •Melt the unsalted butter and let cool slightly. •Spray large bread loaf pan with cooking spray. •Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. •Chop up the Andes Creme De Menthe Thins and set aside. •In a large bowl whisk together the melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, sour cream and eggs until combined. •In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt until combined. •Pour the dry mixture into the wet mixture and whisk until thoroughly combined and a dough forms. •Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and half of the Andes Creme De Menthe Thins. •Scoop the dough into the large bread loaf pan, filling it about half way. •Sprinkle the rest of the Andes Creme De Menthe Thins on top of the bread dough. •Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 degrees. •Let cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes.
