Chocolate Mousse cake
when I saw the shape of this cake i was very interested on how it was made and today i will show you how i learned how to make this delicious heavy and i mean heavy cake!!!! recipe calls for for the cake part: 1 + 1/4 cups ) Flour 1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 1 + 1/2 tsp Baking Powder A pinch of Salt 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar 2 eggs, at room temperature 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil 1/2 cup Milk, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/2 cup luke Warm Water for the Mousse Filling: 2/3 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate 3/4 cup Cream Cheese, at room temperature if possible 2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 1/2 cup Chocolate Hazelnut Spread 1 cup Cold Heavy Cream For the Ganache: 2/3 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate 1/3 cup 80g) Heavy Cream and finally for the decor save 3 tbsp of ganache and 2 tbsp hazelnut spread and don't forget the small piping bag if you don;t have one use a zip lock bag with a cut in a corner...cheers
