At Montana FWP, we extend our gratitude to those who have submitted their deer, elk, or moose at one of our CWD sampling stations. If you still have tags to fill during these last days of the general hunting season, we encourage you to take a few minutes to sample your deer, elk, or moose. You can find a convenient sampling station near you by visiting fwp.mt.gov/cwd. Please note that our sampling stations will be closed on Thanksgiving but will resume operations on Friday. If you would like to bring in your deer, elk, or moose after the general hunting season has ended, you can do so at one of our regional offices or by mailing them to the Wildlife Health Lab at 1400 S. 19th Avenue, Bozeman, MT 59718.
