Watch the full video till the end to know more about it. Subtitles :- -------------- Hey guys, welcome back to NEXTGENBLOGGER and in this video I want to show you how you can create this cinematic text reveal in VSDC Video Editor. Now to start off, I've already opened up VSDC and I've also imported a demo video in the timeline. So this is my demo video present right here. Now first what we are going to do is we will write some text on top of the screen. So to do that, go to 'Add object', go to 'Text', select 'Text' and now click on 'OK'. Now create the text box on top of the screen like this and now click on this option that is 'Set the same size as the parent has'. Next, let's write some text. So let's say let me write the word 'CINEMATIC' and now I would like to change the font of this text. So let me change the font of this text to Open Sans. Let me also increase the font size to somewhere around 60 pixels and let me also center align this text. All right. Next, I want to increase the distance between the letters. So to do that, you need to increase the value inside the 'Tracking' option from 0 pixel to let's say somewhere around 70 pixels. OK, next, double click on the text object and now we are going to add the recoloring text effect. So to do that, go to 'Text effects', select 'Recoloring' and now click on 'OK'. Now move the recoloring text effect right at the start like this and increase the duration of this recoloring text effect to 2 seconds. Next, look inside the 'Recoloring text effect settings' and right here you're going to find this option called 'Effect direction' where currently 'Fade-Out' is selected. So change this from 'Fade-Out' to 'Fade-In'. Next inside 'Processing order' currently from 'First glyph to last' is selected. So change this to 'Random order'. Next, you need to create a duplicate of this recoloring text effect and now move this second recoloring text effect right at the end like this. Next, look inside the 'Recoloring text effect settings' of this second recoloring text effect and right here simply change the 'Effect direction' from 'Fade-In' to 'Fade-Out'. Next, what you need to do is you need to add a Gaussian blur. So to do that, go to 'Video effects', go to 'Filters', select 'Gaussian blur' and now click on 'OK'. Now decrease the duration of the Gaussian blur effect to 2 seconds and look inside the 'Gaussian blur effect settings' which is present inside 'Properties window'. Inside 'Blur levels' currently the value is 4. So delete this value and instead of 4, you need to write '10;0'. Next, create a duplicate of this Gaussian blur effect and move this second Gaussian blur effect right at the end like this. Now look inside the 'Gaussian blur effect settings' of this second Gaussian blur effect and inside 'Blur levels' currently the values are '10;0'. So delete these values and instead of '10;0', you need to write '0;10' and that's it. And so now if I play the video for you right from the start. So this is how you can create a cinematic text reveal in VSDC Video Editor. Do let me know your thoughts in the comment section below. Like the video and subscribe to my YouTube channel.
