DOUGH
7g yeast
260ml milk and 1 egg
85g melted butter
1/4 c sugar
500g bread flour
60g softened butter
100g brown sugar
2xtsp cinnamon
100ml fresh cream
ICING
150g icing sugar
80g cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 Tbsp milk ( add more if needed)
mix all dough ingredients together ( warm milk) add egg last, knead for 5 mins cover and let rest for 60 min.roll out brush with softened butter sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over the top roll pour cream over top and bake 180oc for 25-30 mins
