Depending on the scrap processing process at the user’s steel mill, this device can be categorized as either high temperature resistant electromagnets or normal temperature electromagnets. High temperature electromagnets are primarily used to feed steel scrap directly into the steel melting furnace, with a maximum temperature tolerance of 700°C. Normal temperature electromagnet, on the other hand, transfer scrap to a vibrating charging trolley, which then transfers the scrap into the furnace. Depending on the user’s budget, the internal winding of the magnets can be aluminum or copper wire. Copper winding magnets offer superior performance and long life, but are relatively more expensive than aluminum coil winding magnets.
