In this video, I walk through how I built a lead enrichment system inside Salesforce using a managed AI agent, triggered by a single button click. No middleware. No external scripts. Just Salesforce, an Apex class, and a managed agent that wakes up, researches the lead, and writes the enriched data back into the record.
