How to make a clay tray in the art room. First we make our clay flat in our hands like a tortilla. Then we use a regular roller to flatten it out. Next we add a pattern with a roller or objects. After that we cut the shape out with a cookie cutter and smoothen the edges. If we want we can attach feet or a foot ring to the bottom by scratching, slipping, smooshing, and smoothing. Voila! Now you’ve got a clay tray!
