I can finally say I've conquered coach Dan John's "The Eagle" challenge.
Using 2 kettlebells:
Clean x 1
Squat x 8
Farmer's carry x 20 meters
- Complete 8 rounds without putting the kettlebells down.
I began a couple months ago with 60lb kettlebells, but I just couldn't get past 6 rounds, so I switched to 24kg bells (53ish lbs).
Should have recorded the 5 minutes I spent writhing in agony right after I finished.
