🥗 Ingredients:
Parwal (Pointed Gourd): 250g
Potatoes (Aloo): 2 medium, sliced
Oil: 2-3 tbsp
Spices: Cumin seeds, Turmeric, Red Chili powder, Coriander powder, and Garam Masala.
Aromatics: Finely chopped onions, Ginger-garlic paste, and Green chilies.
Garnish: Fresh coriander leaves.
