Code;braille is a prediction.
The spectator picks a card then you present your prediction but it's written in Braille, the alphabet used by blind people.
You pretend to read what's on the card and incredibly it matches the chosen card!
The spectator won't believe you, so, by tilting the card, an optical illusion takes place and the dots forms the chosen card.
