Casmatic B23 – Compact, fast and flexible bundling During the last Packaging Open House, Valmet Tissue Converting presented the new configuration of the Casmatic B23 bundler, designed to simplify operations and improve end-of-line efficiency in tissue packaging. With the new CMD1H8 configuration, Casmatic B23 can handle packs in bypass mode, feeding them directly to the palletizing line and increasing layout flexibility. A renewed electrical and software architecture based on Siemens S7-1500, an intuitive operator interface, and a modular frame with integrated cabinets and safety guards reduce footprint, speed up installation, and improve accessibility.
