Designing on the edge—literally.
We’re currently working on a concept for a stunning cliffside property. The site is dramatic, with views for days—but it also comes with some challenges: steep topography, hard rock, and tight buildable zones.
That’s why we never guess. We use drone scans and site visits to understand the lot in 3D—from the contours and rock formations to the exact sightlines. The transparent overlay you see here is the actual terrain data captured by our drone.
